Contest begins
on Monday February 1, 2010 and ends
on Sunday February 28,
2010 at 11:59 P.M. CST. This contest is presented by OEC (Office
Equipment Company) at 104 East I-65 Service
Rd. N. Mobile, AL 36607. To be eligible,
participants must be a legal resident
of the fifty United States including Washington
D.C. and at least 18 years of age at the
time of entry. Employees of OEC are not
eligible to win and this is void where prohibited by
law. The winner will be selected on March 3rd,
2010 by a random drawing conducted by OEC at
the address above from all eligible
followers of OEC on Twitter as of 11:59 P.M.
CST on February 28th, 2010. The winner
will be notified by direct message via
Twitter no later than March 5th, 2010. Prize winner(s) will be required to respond (as
directed) to the notification within
forty-eight (48) hours of attempted
notification. The failure to respond timely
to the notification may result in forfeiture
of the prize. OEC, in their sole discretion,
may attempt to contact up to three (3)
potential winners of a prize in accordance
with the above procedure, after which the
prize in question may go un-awarded if it
remains unclaimed. Odds of winning depend on
the total number of eligible OEC followers
as of 11:59 P.M. CST on February 28th, 2010.
The winner must provide their legal name and
physical address within the United States
for delivery of prize by UPS.
