My business wants to start ordering online with OEC.  How do I get started?
 
  • If you already have an account setup with OEC, just fill out this (Request EZ Login) form, and  you'll receive e-mail confirmation once your login is active. 
  • If you do not have an account with OEC, call inside sales at 251.471.0116 and our representatives will help you setup an account.
 

How do I create a favorites list in the EZ ordering system?

  • By default, you have a favorites list named "My Favorites". This can be found in a drop-down in the left navigation area under "Favorite Lists". Select it and click "Go" to view your list.
 
  • To add items to this list, simply click the "Add to Favorites" button while browsing items.
 

How do I create multiple favorites lists?

  • When viewing your favorites list, in the top right you'll see the "Manage" button. Click this to enter the manage lists screen.
 
  • Once there, to add a second list, type a name in the top field and click "Add List".
         
  • Once you've added a second list you must select which one will be your "default" list.  This determines which list is used when you click the "Add to Favorites" button on an item.
 
        
  • Now you should be able to see your multiple lists on the Favorite Lists dropdown.
